Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items marked as sale item or gift card.
Refund Process
  1. Contact us at support@decomie.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Ship the item back to our return address (you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item unless the issue is a result of our error).

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@decomie.com

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item, contact us at support@decomie.com with details and photos of the issue.
